Franklin leads GestFly’s Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Services and Company Operations. He is recognized for strengths to support the development of new processes by investigating design solutions, having an eye for manufacturability, and understanding a broad scope of engineering issues.
Prior to joining GestFly, Franklin spent more than 10 years with important companies, where he held various leadership positions, including the role of General Manager of JZ Integral Support. Throughout his career, Franklin focused on applying in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and firmware interaction with complex Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems, circuit modeling applications, etc.
Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University Central of Bogota (Colombia).
